Assassin's Creed Shadows: A much-loved feature has already been disabled

Yesterday, Assassin's Creed Shadows received patch 1.0.3, which fixed various bugs and brought welcome visual improvements. However, this also disabled a feature that had been highly requested by players since the game's release, and was only introduced last week. Ubisoft issued a message to the community to clarify the situation.

A sales argument temporarily disabled on Assassin's Creed Shadows

Assassin's Creed Shadows will soon celebrate its first month since its release. Against all odds, Ubisoft's title seems to have had a successful launch. For example, it was at the top of the US game sales charts for three consecutive weeks after its release. However, Ubisoft still needs to refine its formula to make this journey to feudal Japan more convincing. This can be done through various updates or the addition of new content over the long term. The game's latest patch, however, was accompanied by the removal of the multi-sale feature in stores, which had been added just a week earlier.

This brought a significant improvement in the quality of of life on Assassin's Creed Shadows, the sale of items one by one to each merchant being unnecessarily painful. Ubisoft Quebec explained, however, that this had caused unexpected problems for some players. It therefore seemed more prudent for the studio to prevent rather than cure, by disabling it in the immediate future.

However, he took the opportunity to reassure players, promising that the multi-sale function will return to Assassin's Creed Shadows once the reported problems have been duly corrected. " We have deactivated the multi-sale feature in shops due to unexpected issues. We appreciate your patience while we work on a fix to re-enable it in a future patch. "So you'll have to bite the bullet for now, but hopefully this feature will return in the coming days.
