Free has just changed its terms to include coverage of these fees under the same conditions as other plans. Many Freebox Pop S subscribers can now claim up to €100 from the Iliad subsidiary if they meet certain conditions. Indeed, the transition must have been made within the last four months. A period counted from the precise date of activation of your line.

How to get a refund of your termination fees? Simply print a copy of the closing invoice from your previous operator from the activation of your internet subscription with Free. This invoice must obviously show closing costs to obtain your refund and must not be more than four months old.

You must then send this invoice, along with a copy of the Freebox order confirmation email, within four months to the following address: Free Preferential Offer – 75371 Paris Cedex 08. The amount will then be transferred to the account number you gave to Free when you subscribed.
