To celebrate the 28th anniversary of One Piece and the anime's return after a long hiatus, the Japanese website Goo Ranking has revealed the results of a rather unusual poll. They asked Japanese fans for their opinions on the prettiest female characters in the series. Check out their top 10!

In ninth place, Ulti garnered 8 votes. Japanese fans seem to really appreciate this member of Tobiroppo, despite her role as an antagonist. Additionally, her relationship with her brother Page One, towards whom she is more gentle and protective, reveals a rather loving side of her character.
