Space Marine 2 receives its biggest update yet and some free content, heavy stuff

After a huge release last September, Space Marine 2 continues its journey into a future where there is only war with a new, truly colossal update. New mission, new boss, new weapon, new features, balancing, fixes and new cosmetics (some free, others paid), we'll break it all down with a chainsword.

A new giant update for Space Marine 2

Building on the enormous success of Space Marine 2, Saber Interactive is already preparing us a sequel to the adventures of Titus. In the meantime, the title continues to be filled with new content via huge updates. A new arrival of this type has just been recently deployed, codenamed Trygon. As its name suggests, this seventh major update of the game adds a new eponymous boss to the Tyranid forces. It is a gigantic creature, but capable of deceiving its enemies by burrowing underground. We will be able to face it in a brand new Operation mission called "Exfiltration".

To face To counter this new threat, Space Marine 2 also adds a new weapon: the Inferno Pistol, available in both PvE and PvP for the Assault, Vanguard, Sniper and Heavy classes. The sons of the God-Emperor also receive new additions to their armory, in the form of the free paints "Volupus Rose" and "Thousand Sons Blue". Two legendary chapters also reinforce the cosmetic possibilities (but in the form of paid DLC) with the Space Wolves Chapter Pack (for 9.99 euros) and the Imperial Fists Champion Pack (for 7.99 euros).

Finally, this new update This major update to Space Marine 2 adds new features such as the ability to paint the cloth parts of the Rampart class armor and the gloves of our Adeptus Astartes, as well as significant quality of life changes, such as being able to unlock Prestige Ranks in PvE, private lobbies in PvP, and access to more weapons for various classes.
