Since the Astral Guardians expansion made its debut on Wednesday, April 30th, it's time for May to receive its own brand new cards. The Pokémon Company has just announced the deployment of themed boosters, which will bear the Interdimensional Crisis stamp.

Unsurprisingly, the new mini-set that TCG Pocket has in store for us is a direct continuation of Astral Guardians. The Alola region remains in the spotlight, but this time it will focus on the Ultra Beasts: “Pokémon” propelled to the archipelago from another dimension via portals called Ultra Rifts. Players and collectors will therefore be able to count on the introduction of cards featuring Mouscoto, Pierrotknik, Engulphuran or even the famous Zéroid, which shares a very special bond with the main antagonist of the Sun and Moon games. The trailer shared today also reveals the presence of a Tokirico-ex card, or even an Elsa-Mina supporter card designed to boost the Ultra Beasts.
The wait won’t be long before you can get your hands on these new boosters. The Interdimensional Crisis themed expansion will be available on the Pokémon TCG Pocket app starting Thursday, May 29 at 7 a.m. (French time). Users will also be able to enjoy new cosmetic items and exclusive cards, which can be obtained in stores or during special events. As a reminder, the release of this expansion will also mark the entry of Astral Guardian cards into the list of cards eligible for trade.
