After Astro Royale, Naked Hero, and Mama Yuyu, Weekly Shōnen Jump is canceling two more titles. Unfortunately for readers, these manga will no longer be printed in the magazine's pages: being part of the magazine's selection doesn't necessarily promise a bright future!
Two new titles canceled by Shōnen Jump
While these manga reassure us about the future of Shōnen Jump after the end of Jujutsu Kaisen, others were not destined to survive long in the pages of the Japanese magazine. Get Away, Matsumoto -100 Days Escape- and The World of SKK Girls were canceled, proof that the selection by this press institution is not synonymous with success. Readers regularly decide, via surveys and questionnaires, which title will survive - and which will fall by the wayside. Started in 2024, these two titles will no longer be printed in the pages of Weekly Shōnen Jump, and will likely never receive an anime adaptation.

Get Away, Matsumoto -100 Days Escape-, a creation by Tsuneharu Okusu, began with 27 chapters under its belt. The pitch? A former three-time winner of the Japan Intercollegiate Road Cycling Championships, Matsumoto now spends his days making deliveries by bike to pay the bills. While considering giving up cycling for his future, Mastumoto suddenly finds himself at the center of an incredible incident...! The manga ends this Saturday, May 17.
The World of SKK Girls tells the story of Katana, Saya, and Kodachi, three inseparable good friends. In a mysterious world where they seem to be the only humans left, they play hide-and-seek and live their daily lives in complete freedom. But when they step into the surrounding darkness, mysterious presences slip by their side... Written and drawn by Taishou Akatsuka, it lasted thirty-four chapters before stopping.
