Compatible Samsung TVs can display artwork based on Disney, Pixar, and Star Wars licenses, as well as National Geographic programs.
For several years now, Samsung has wanted to make our television a decorative element of the living room. Why keep the device with a black screen when you can display a visual on it and add a touch of originality to a room? The brand has launched its The Frame range with this in mind, whose frame is designed to resemble that of a painting. Samsung has also set up an Art Store, which provides access to more than 3,500 works of art to display on your TV.
The Samsung Art Store is now enriched with a selection of 4K definition visuals from the worlds of Disney, Star Wars, Pixar and National Geographic, announces the manufacturer. Initially reserved for The Frame models, it is now available on Samsung Neo QLED and QLED TVs released in 2025 and compatible with AI features, opening it up to a much wider audience than before.
Samsung TVs become art galleries
“The new Disney Collection transforms living rooms into immersive digital galleries, showcasing classic and contemporary works that celebrate storytelling, adventure, and the beauty of our planet. From the touching stories of Disney Princesses in films like “The Little Mermaid,” “Snow White,” and “Tangled” to the legendary “Star Wars” saga and the breathtaking wildlife of “Planet Earth,” the collection also offers fans the opportunity to discover new favorites, all through the lens of stunning digital artwork,” Samsung wrote in a statement.
Disney fans aren’t the only ones in for a treat, since the Art Store also hosts masterpieces from museums such as the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Musée d'Orsay. Contemporary and modern works of art presented at the Art Basel fair are also added to the catalog.
Access to the Art Store requires a Samsung account. A two-month free trial is offered, then you must subscribe to a subscription for €4.99 per month to continue using the service.
