A little over a month after its release, Clair Obscur Expedition 33 continues to generate excitement among players. We recently learned that the dazzling work of French studio Sandfall Interactive had surpassed 3.3 million sales, 33 days after its launch. A very large number of players have therefore joined the expedition and participated in the exploration effort for those who will come later to challenge the Painter. This translates into many discoveries, including the one that interests us here.
A multifaceted member of Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
In its prologue alone, Clair Obscur Expedition 33 already has many surprises in store for those who decided to delay the arrival of the Scrub. We reported a rather unusual discovery, with a small reward to boot. This is just one of the many things you can miss if you don't pay attention to the festivities surrounding Lumière before the Painter's fateful awakening.
In the prologue of Clair Obscur Expedition 33, we mainly meet Maelle, Gustave, and Sophie. However, it is possible to meet the other members of Expedition 33, whom we will later play. We can notably see Lune playing the guitar. Sciel, our other partner, a teacher, farmer, and magician, is, however, more difficult to find.
Before heading to the port for the first emotional slap in Clair Obscur Expedition 33, we can actually pass by a stage where women dance and use the Pictos drawn on their skin for a magic show. Among the dancers, Reddit user Alig200 spotted Sciel. However, all the dancers are wearing flower leis, a sign that they're part of the next wave of Scrubs.
Given her rather peculiar relationship with death, however, it could be that Sciel has decided to join the show to pay tribute to them. Unless it's more prosaic than simply Sandfall Interactive recycling her model. Like many things in Clair Obscur Expedition 33, this is another discovery that's completely open to interpretation.
