DJI has developed its range to offer drones to all audiences, from beginners to experts. What's convenient is that you have different price ranges depending on your use and your interests. If you don't want to go for the prestigious DJI Mini 4 Pro (which is on sale on AliExpress), you can fall back on the excellent DJI Mini 4K and Mini 4K Combo (which includes 3 batteries) which are much more affordable.
On AliExpress too, for the Summer Sales, you can get the DJI Mini 4K drone for only 229 euros with the code FRSS30 instead of 299 euros at the time of its launch (Amazon currently offers it at 295 euros). Similarly, the DJI Mini 4K Combo (with three batteries) costs 336 euros instead of 449 euros (it's 401 euros on Amazon) with the code FRSS60.
To convince you, AliExpress has worked on an impeccable customer experience: you have 90 days to withdraw from your purchase (compared to 15 days legally in France). A question of battery
The DJI Mini 4K is a compact and lightweight drone that allows aerial photography in an ultra-simple way, and without administrative constraints. Weighing only 246 to 249 grams depending on the configuration, it is suitable for all users - and you don't need to register it because it remains under 250 grams. It's unsurprisingly one of the best-selling models since you can buy it and then use it without any hassle.
The foldable design and small size (13.8 cm long, 8.1 cm wide and 5.8 cm high when folded) make it easy to slip into a bag or pocket, making it easy to carry just about anywhere. It won't clutter up your travel bag, which is convenient.
The standard version of the DJI Mini 4K includes the drone itself, a battery, the DJI RC-N1 remote controller and accessories to start flying. It is equipped with a 1/2.3-inch 12-megapixel CMOS sensor camera that can film in 4K at 30 frames per second and take 4000 x 3000 pixel photos in JPEG or DNG. The three-axis stabilized gimbal ensures smooth and stable videos, even if the drone is moving.
The DJI Mini 4K Combo version, called Fly More Combo, offers increased user comfort because it comes with three batteries (and not one, as in the basic version). This allows to multiply the flight time to nearly 93 minutes in total, compared to 31 minutes for a single battery. Like the standard version, it benefits from the same powerful camera and the same transmission range (up to 10 km).
What you'll love about the DJI Mini 4K is that it offers intelligent flight modes like Quickshots (Dronie, Rocket, Circle, etc.) and panorama. It withstands winds of up to 38 km/h and can fly up to 4000 meters above sea level. Compared to the brand's more expensive drones, it doesn't have advanced obstacle sensors, but it's still a very good compromise.
