An intense and busy week, since the 16 conferences will be held over six days with no fewer than 13 conferences planned between June 6 and 9. Don't hesitate to discover our file with the list of all the conferences, the dates, times and the links to follow them live.

To not miss any of the main announcements of this 2025 edition of the Summer Game Fest, here is our summary of the best revelations.

  • First announcement: No
  • Release date: N.C.
  • Supports: PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S

The Witcher IV was officially unveiled last December at The Game Awards 2024 ceremony. Opening the Summer Game Fest with the State of Unreal conference, organized by Epic Games to promote the new features of their Unreal Engine, CD Projekt Red gave us a new glimpse of its future game.

It is important to note that this preview is a technical demo in the universe of The Witcher IV and not a gameplay preview of the game. However, it is still quite impressive and allows us to have a taste of the possibilities of the Unreal Engine 5 engine and the things that we could have in the game at the time of its release. CD Projekt Red has specified that the game is aiming for 60 FPS on PS5 Standard.

Konami took advantage of Sony's State of Play to give us a nice presentation of Silent Hill f with, as a bonus, a relatively close release date. Indeed, the game is expected for September 25th on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

However, we don't know much about the title. Konami is selling us a separate game in the Silent Hill license, which will therefore not take place in the famous city, but in Japan. This opus should be a new psychological survival-horror game (like Silent Hill 2). The new trailer with gameplay sequences shows us a game that seems to have a pretty crazy atmosphere and a strong emphasis on the horror side. This looks promising!
