This year, publishers are pulling out all the stops at their respective conferences. The opening of Summer Game Fest was rich in announcements, and so was Sony's State of Play. Now it's Microsoft's turn to show off what it has to offer with an Xbox Showcase scheduled for today at 7 p.m. It's immediately followed by a presentation of The Outer Worlds 2, the length and content of which are still unknown.
Several dozen trailers followed one another for over an hour, with a few unexpected surprises. Some games were also conspicuous by their absence, such as Gears of War E-Day and Elder Scrolls VI, not to mention the famous Hollow Knight Silksong, which has not yet finished trolling us. Here are all the announcements from this Xbox Showcase 2025.

The Outer Worlds 2 – First Look
Microsoft is starting strong with a first look at The Outer Worlds 2, which will have its own conference in several dozen minutes. The trailer depicts an apocalyptic world as we like them, colorful and full of irony. Players must ally themselves against the established order in a universe that smells good of vintage. Stay until the end of the conference to learn more about it.

High on Life 2
You recognize it at first glance. High On Life 2 gets a big announcement in a trailer with ultra-modern graphics and a completely crazy tone. Just like the first game, we can feel the touch of the creator of Rick and Morty at work, especially in terms of the sense of humor.

Resonance – A Plague Tale Legacy
Only a few images have been shown, but they already make our mouths water. The Xbox portable console
Asus had teased it and it is now a reality. Microsoft has confirmed the arrival of a portable Xbox console, following in the footsteps of PC consoles that have already invaded the market since the release of the Steam Deck. The first official information points to a ROG Ally optimized for the Microsoft interface and games, although the device appears very versatile. In terms of design, there's a slight PlayStation Portal feel with more pro-gamer visuals in its details. The company also confirms that all the games presented during this showcase, including the famous Hollow Knight Silksong, will be playable on the device when it's released later this year.
-
The Blood of Dawnwalker

Aphelion
We already love the next game because it's announced on the Outro of M83. This new title immerses you in a survival in a hostile world while a pilot crashes in the middle of nowhere. She seems to be searching for her lost partner. Everything around her is snowy and deserted, but the title promises to be no less narrative. Aniimo
We thought this showcase was seriously lacking in cuteness. The error is corrected with the trailer, which shows us dancing crabs, cats, sheep, and even vegetables. The Pokémon-like is full of tenderness but also of fights as shown by the boss battles and environmental challenges.

At Fate’s End
It’s a game from the creators of Spiritfarer, and we recognize their graphic style, although the design of this game has a more drawn, raw atmosphere than the latter. Final Fantasy – Two Announcements in One
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is finally coming to Xbox this winter after a temporary exclusivity on PS5. Additionally, Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy XVI is shadowdropping, meaning the title is playable now on Microsoft consoles. Here's an indie title that reminds us a lot of Dredge, but with a quirky, more colorful twist. Keeper is a game played without any dialogue as you navigate murky, dangerous waters, accompanied by a curious bird. Release Date: October 17, 2025 Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 ... Microsoft has unveiled the very first images of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, starring actor Milo Ventimiglia (Gilmore Girls). The trailer's narration suggested an action-adventure title that straddles the line between sci-fi and weird, but this video was created for the first-person shooter. The title will, of course, be released in the fall of this year, as is traditional, but we're not learning anything more today.
