Anker unveils a battery and a charger which indicate the remaining charging time

Yes, it's useless, but CES 2025 is no exception. If there's a time in the calendar to present your most WTF products, it's the Las Vegas show.

Anker, one of the charger manufacturers praised in our in-depth lab test, is taking advantage of CES to present two new products with screens, a charger and a pocket battery, both spotted by Android Authority.

Both therefore have a screen capable of displaying information in real time. We find the classics of the genre such as the output power for each port, but also the temperature. More original, the two screens can display the estimated charging time.

160 and 140 W

To go into a little more detail about these two products, let's start with the battery. It has a capacity of 25,000 mAh, again quite standard and allowing it to be taken on a plane. Enough to charge an iPhone 16 up to 4.5 times depending on the brand. A retractable USB-C cable offers 160 W of power. It also includes three USB-C ports and a USB-A port.

The charger goes up to 140 W of power and includes three USB-C ports and a USB-A port.

Both products are already available on Amazon US for $90 and $100. We don't know at this time if they will be available in France.
