For some time now, we've been witnessing a veritable atomic festival of leaks surrounding the upcoming Season 2 of the Fallout series. We've notably been treated to several glimpses of the New Vegas Strip, which seems to want to be as faithful as possible to Obsidian's iconic game of the same name. The new leaks that interest us here should also delight fans of the famous post-apocalyptic franchise, with potentially enormous implications for the story that the exclusivity Prime Video intends to tell us.
New leaks with implications for Fallout Season 2
After blowing everything up in its path with a first season adored by both critics and audiences, Prime Video seems to want to drop a new bombshell on us with Season 2 of the Fallout series. On the one hand, it focuses more on the lore of the franchise explored by games not developed by Bethesda. The next season, for example, will focus primarily on the Mojave Desert seen in New Vegas, but several years after the events of the game.
Next, the Fallout series intends to hit even harder after a successful first attempt. This should notably mean more action, and a more hostile world than in the first season. In the new leaks shared by @FalloutFilms, we are notably entitled to a first glimpse of a Deathclaw, a truly iconic monster of the franchise. In the same video clip, we also see a suit of power armor, another emblematic element of the post-apocalyptic universe.
In another image, however, we realize that it is not a model of the well-known Brotherhood of Steel. This one actually sports the style of the New California Republic (NCR) Rangers outfit. It could therefore be that season 2 of the Fallout series has decided to "canonize" the fact that the NCR has taken control of the Mojave Desert and New Vegas. Here In any case, enough to liven up the debate and speculation among fans, while waiting to know the release date of a season 2 that we can't wait to find on Prime Video.
