Every month, a famous testing tool reveals the most powerful Android phones. In March 2025, several brands are vying for the top spots with impressive scores. Here are the models that are crushing the competition according to the latest results.
In the world of smartphones, power remains an important criterion for many users. Whether for gaming, multitasking, or demanding applications, certain models stand out for their raw performance. To track this evolution, specialized platforms regularly conduct tests to compare different devices. These results also make it possible to identify the most efficient processors of the moment.
This is the case with AnTuTu, a well-known tool in the Android universe. Each month, it publishes a ranking of the most efficient phones according to their power test results. In March 2025, two lists were published: one for high-end models, the other for mid-range smartphones. It features brands like OnePlus, Vivo, Xiaomi, iQOO, and OPPO, with recent processors from Qualcomm and Mediatek. The score gaps also allow us to measure gains between generations.
The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro and the Redmi Turbo 4 take the top spot in the AnTuTu ranking
At the top of the high-end ranking, we find the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro, which achieves a score of 2,890,600 points, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Elite processor. It is closely followed by the Vivo X200 Pro, equipped of the Dimensity 9400, and the Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro+, which completes the podium. Other powerful models include the iQOO 13, the realme GT7 Pro, and the Redmi K80 Pro. All display very similar performances, with scores above 2.6 million points, confirming the excellent optimization of these components.
As for the mid-range models, the Redmi Turbo 4 wins with 1,728,439 points, thanks to its Dimensity 8400 Ultra chip. It is followed by the OnePlus Ace 3V and the OPPO Reno 13 Pro, which are also well positioned. This ranking shows a strong presence of Mediatek processors in this category, facing a few Snapdragon 7+. Models like the Redmi K70E, the Reno 13, and the iQOO Z8 confirm this trend. Even the Redmi Note remains well placed, with scores exceeding 900,000 points, which shows that good performance remains accessible without aiming for the high end.
