FF7 Remake in the spotlight on Nintendo Switch 2
The recent official presentation of the Nintendo Switch 2 revealed exciting information about upcoming games. Among the notable announcements, Square Enix confirmed the arrival of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade on the new console. This news sparked a strong reaction among fans, who were eagerly awaiting the chance to experience this acclaimed title on the Nintendo platform.
However, details regarding the release date of this port remain unclear. Naoki Hamaguchi, the game's director, simply invited players to be patient, implying that more information will be revealed later. This statement fueled speculation, with some hoping that Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth could also make an appearance on the Switch 2. provided the console has the necessary power, obviously... But given what we've seen on the console so far, everything suggests that this new Nintendo really has what it takes.
At the same time, Square Enix also announced the HD remaster of Bravely Default: Flying Fairy. This is scheduled for the Nintendo Switch 2's launch day, June 5. The console will be available for €469.99 in Europe. There is also a bundle option including Mario Kart World for €509.99.
