This is the little surprise of this Tuesday afternoon. While Sony usually communicates on Wednesdays about future free games offered with PS Plus Essential or those that will join the catalog of Extra packages, the publisher has decided to make a big splash for its Days of Play. Every year, the publisher launches a series of promotions to celebrate its brand. Consoles, controllers, subscriptions, everything is there, and the manufacturer has decided to turn things up a notch by revealing in advance the free games of PS Plus for June 2025, as well as part of the program of what awaits Extra and Premium subscribers.
Here are the PS Plus games for June 2025
Sony is at it again. Like last year, the publisher hasn't done things by halves for the Days of Play 2025 celebrations. Thus, all the free PlayStation Plus Essential games have been revealed and there will be a bonus gift. Destiny 2: The Final Shape will be available tomorrow, Wednesday, May 28, the date on which the festivities will begin. The rest of the free games will arrive on the originally planned date, namely Tuesday, June 3 at around 11 a.m. Note that as expected, subscriptions will be on sale until June 11 with up to 33% off plans. As usual, the advantage is for those who no longer have an active PS Plus, but those who have one in progress will also be able to take advantage of a promotion in the event that they want to upgrade to the next offer.

The first PS Plus Extra games of June 2025
PS Plus Extra and Premium members won't be left out. Sony has already revealed some of the games that will be included in the catalog in June 2025. It will be a little different than usual, however, since they will be released throughout the month and will arrive on various dates. Here is the officially known program for now:
- Another Crab's Treasure | PS5 (available May 29)
- Skull and Bones | PS5 (available June 2)
- Destiny 2: Legacy Collection | PS5, PS4 (available June 4)
- Grand Theft Auto III | PS4, PS5 (available June 10)
The first PlayStation Plus Premium games of June 2025
As always, those who have subscribed to PS Plus Premium will be entitled to a few additional games and benefits. First of all, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, May 28, 2025, two new games will be available for free testing: Civilization 7 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. Just that! However, we don't yet know how long these trials will last. As for the new PS Plus Premium games, here they are:
