This year again, Sony is getting into the recap trend with its own PlayStation retrospective. Whether you are on PS4 or PS5, Sony reveals the number of games you have played, for how many hours, the trophies won and even your player profile (for our part it will be thrill seekers). From then on, you have access to month-by-month tracking as well as a selection of recommendations based on your preferences.

This is also the case for Nintendo, which is repeating the experience. Coincidence of timing or well-thought-out PR stunt, the announcement of the Nintendo retrospective falls at the same time as that of PlayStation. However, the data may be totally different from one console to another. the other, although many players own machines from both ecosystems. It is worth noting that the Nintendo recap only takes into account statistics from the Switch and not from previous consoles.

Even Xbox is getting in on the act
