Clair Obscur Expedition 33, developed by Montpellier-based studio Sandfall Interactive, arrives this April 24th. This title, which aims to pay superb homage to the JRPG genre with a generous coat of French paint, is generating a lot of anticipation. To help us wait, it's treating us to a new trailer for one of the characters in Expedition 33, and also provides several details about how it will work on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series. Let's take a closer look at this paint job.

Sciel que Clair Obscur Expedition 33 is looking beautiful!

Let's start with what will certainly interest players most who are curious to try Clair Obscur Expedition when it releases on April 24 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series and Game Pass. Naturally, the PC will be spoiled with a multitude of graphical settings for a tailor-made experience, with details ranging from Low to Epic. However, it remains to Find out the system requirements to fully enjoy this superb painting by Sandfall Interactive.

On PS5 and Xbox Series X, we will be treated to the classic Performance and Quality modes. One will improve fluidity, and the other image resolution. Finally, the PS5 Pro will of course benefit from improved performance, even in Quality mode. Also note that, at Xbox, Chiaroscuro will be accessible via Xbox Play Anywhere and may be pre-loaded now.

Next, it's time for a new character from Clair Obscur and a member of Expedition 33, in the person of Sciel. She presents herself as a magician with many tricks to impress the audience. She seems more fascinated by the stars and the afterlife than her corporeal existence, which she approaches with a certain detachment. In combat, she will be able to wield magic as well as a large scythe, with which she will sow death, which she does not seem to fear, in the enemy ranks. In any case, we are eager to see her again in the company of the other characters Gustave, Maelle and Lune, all played by a five-star voice cast, both in English and French. Can't wait for April 24!
