To say that The Last of Us series was a hit upon its initial release would be a gross understatement, and Season 2 is well on its way to breaking even more records. Particularly eagerly awaited, Episode 2 is now available on Max, which promised to be highly emotional. The uninitiated are in shock, like the players from the era of TLOU 2 who are still likely to shed a little tear. The scene that everyone dreaded has arrived and the stakes of season 2 of The Last of Us will finally take shape. The audience barely has time to recover from their emotions that HBO reveals a first glimpse of episode 3.

The duo Joel and Ellie are no more. Abby and the rest of her gang have achieved their goals and taken their brutal revenge. While Jacksonville must recover from the attack by the horde of clappers that left many victims, Ellie will have to begin to mourn the loss of her father figure, Tommy that of her brother. Episode 3 of Season 2 of The Last of Us promises to be rich in emotions and should more directly raise the stakes of those to come. The vicious cycle of revenge will continue.

As Ellie prepares to plunge into a destructive fury and hunt down those who took Joel from her, Abby will now have to live with the consequences of these actions. The W.O.L.F. HQ and the group should then be presented in this episode 3 of season 2 of The Last of Us and undoubtedly their fervent opponents. It is very likely that some flashbacks will also be present, whether on the side of Ellie or Abby. As a reminder, the next episode will be broadcast on the morning of April 28 on MAX.
