Manga, like Kaiju No. 8, are stopping, but Berserk continues. The work of the late Kentaro Miura advances discreetly, continuing on its path at its own pace. Better yet, Berserk has a nice surprise in store for manga fans this June.
Berserk: Guts is a long time coming
The final chapters of Berserk are preparing a final arc that promises to be particularly eventful. Our heroes are currently in the Kushan Empire following Griffith's kidnapping of Casca and the destruction of Elfhelm. The primary intention, particularly on Silat's part, is to attack Falconia. However, their plans were thwarted by the intervention of Rakshas. Despite this assault, paradoxically the biggest problem at the moment is not Griffith, but Guts.
Since the events of Elfhelm, Guts has been in a state we have never seen before. His inner demons have taken over, and to an unprecedented extent. The hero has lost the will to fight and feels completely powerless against Griffith. The only solution to get him out of this state seems to be to find Casca, which is what Schierke intends to do, according to the final pages of the last chapter. We've been waiting for confirmation for several months, and fans will be delighted to learn that it's coming soon.
Berserk is coming back soon
Unlike other manga, Berserk chapters don't appear regularly. It's therefore not uncommon to wait several months before discovering the next chapter of Guts and his gang. We were in for a long wait, but it's finally coming to an end. You can find this June 13th, in the pages of Young Animal, the magazine where Berserk is published, the highly anticipated chapter 381. Better than that, and like last February, you won't have to wait long for the next chapter, since it will be released on June 27th.
This June is clearly an exceptional month for fans of Berserk, especially for French readers. Indeed, on June 4th, the sublime prestige edition of the manga was released. To accompany this release, an event was organized at the Saint-Lazare train station, from June 6th to 8th, where you could discover the first official replica of Guts' sword, as well as enjoy several activities. The arrival of the two chapters this month comes at the right time, right in the middle of the excitement surrounding the manga.
