Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is free for everyone, but hurry!

It's the perfect time to (re)discover Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Treyarch is offering free access to the game's Multiplayer and Zombies modes until June 3, 2025. This initiative, launched during Season 4, brings a host of new features and kick-starts the frag machine. And to top it all off, significant discounts are also available on several platforms.

A free weekend to test the new features of Call of Duty Black Ops 6

If you haven't yet gotten your hands on Call of Duty Black Ops 6, this free trial period is the perfect opportunity to dive into the action. No need to buy the game: until June 3, you can play the classic multiplayer and the cooperative Zombies mode for free. The single-player campaign, however, remains reserved for buyers.

This period comes at a good time, since Season 4 of Call of Duty Black Ops 6 has just started. Among the new features: a brand-new multiplayer mode called "Team Elimination," and three new maps that really refresh the pace of the battles. On the zombies side, there's no new map this time, but all existing content remains accessible for free weekend players.

Discounts not to be missed

For those who are hooked, Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is currently on sale. On Steam and the PlayStation Store, the standard version is offered with a 45% discount, or €38.49. On Xbox, the base version remains at its usual price, but the Vault Edition (more comprehensive) drops from €99.99 to €64.99. In short, if you like the experience, it's a good time to spend less.

The year is moving forward, and Black Ops 6 is already approaching the halfway point of its lifecycle. The logical next step for Activision? Slowly prepare the ground for Call of Duty 2025. Some rumors suggest a direct sequel to Black Ops 2, which could please nostalgic fans. Nothing official yet, but interest in the franchise remains strong.
